Executive Coaching & Mentorship
Personalized leadership growth for people carrying real responsibility.
Coaching with us is practical, focused, and built around your actual situation. Whether you are a senior leader working through a strategic change or a high-potential manager getting ready for the next step, the goal is the same: to give you the clarity, perspective, and honest accountability that are hard to find once you are the one in charge. Leading from the top is often lonely, and there is rarely anyone in the building who will tell you the truth without an agenda. That is a lot of what good coaching provides.
WHAT WE OFFER
Coaching Packages
Most people work with us in one of three ways. A monthly coaching retainer for ongoing, regular support. A three or six-month leadership plan when you are working toward a specific transition or goal. Or a one-time Power Hour session when you need focused feedback or a clear head on a decision quickly, without committing to more.
Leadership Mentorship
Some relationships are less about a fixed program and more about having an experienced person in your corner over time. Mentorship is for growth-minded professionals who want steady guidance through career transitions, succession planning, or a stretch assignment that is bigger than anything they have done before. The guidance is grounded in real leadership experience, not theory.
One-on-One Executive Coaching
These are confidential sessions built entirely around your goals. You get accountability, an outside perspective, and someone who will challenge your thinking rather than just agree with you. The work usually sharpens the things that matter most at senior levels: how you make decisions, how you communicate, how you develop the people under you, and how you turn strategy into something that actually happens.
Focus Areas
Every engagement is shaped to the leader in front of me, so no two look exactly alike. Depending on what you are working through, sessions might cover strategic thinking and getting clear on your vision, leadership presence and executive communication, managing stress and change and complexity, building a high-performing team, navigating organizational politics, moving from military leadership into a civilian role, or accelerating or reinventing a career.

Who It’s For
This work tends to fit executives, directors, and senior leaders; business owners and entrepreneurs; emerging leaders with clear potential; veterans moving into civilian leadership roles; and professionals who want their growth to have some purpose behind it, not just a bigger title.

Coaching Tools & Approach
The approach is a blend, grounded in real leadership experience, reflective questions that get you thinking rather than just nodding along, and practical frameworks you can actually use. Depending on the engagement, that can include leadership assessments, goal-setting and accountability mapping, strengths-based development, and clear action planning between sessions so the work does not stop when the call ends.
Why Choose Forging Leadership?
The coaching is built around you, not a script. You get more than twenty years of real leadership experience behind the conversation, the flexibility of virtual or in-person sessions, and a values-driven approach from someone who has actually done the work being discussed.
